Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Fridays will be shipped the following week.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking number. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. No signatures are required.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

One or more item could be unavailable at the moment of your purchase. We will take full responsibility for this matter and cover all upcharges, handling fees and shipping fees for the remaining of the order. In stock items will ship automatically.

60 day limited North American warranty on Leg Pads, Trappers. Blockers, Arm & Chest Protectors, Pants, Sticks (read the Warranty Terms for wood and composite sticks policies), Skates and Masks. All returned items must be new, unused and resalable. The return shall be shipped in the same exact original package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Sharpened skates are not accepted and will be shipped right back.
All returns related to product sizing is accepted. We understand that while shopping online, sizes can be hard to determine correctly. This is why we accept one exchange to appropriately fit your sizing issue. No handling or restocking fees applied.
CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER. The new exchanged item is then non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges/Returns after the 60 day limit period due to product manufacturing defect must be processed with the manufacturer. You can find customer support information on their websites.
This return policy does not apply to Accessories, Custom orders, Pro Stocks, Clearances and Team sales.
All returns must be received by GOALIE KING INC within 14 days of issuance of the GOALIE KING INC. RA number.
